| DDA Board of Directors |

The DDA Board of Directors shall be appointed by the Village of Millington Council. The DDA Board of Directors includes business owners, property owners, residents and a liaison member of the Village Council. The DDA staff consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Members shall serve a term of 4 years. |
